At WCA, we refer to field trips as Educational Trips because students engage in a STEM program in addition to a guided tour.
For the safety of our students, we charter a bus for safe transportation to and from our campus. Students will leave the campus at 9 am and return by 2 pm. These educational trips are for students only, NO parents.
Educational trips usually require a small fee payable via Zelle, or it can be dropped off at our front office. Students should wear their WCA Spirit Shirt. We will provide a snack, but please ensure your child has their packed lunch in a disposable container (Ziplock bag—NO lunchbox).
Field trips require parents/ guardian to complete and sign a Consent Form for each child.
